Order Policy
All items are made to order. Please allow the specified preparation time listed on each item before your order is ready. Rush orders may not always be available.

Payments
Full payment is required at checkout to secure your order. Orders will not be started until payment is received.

No Refunds or Returns
Due to the nature of baked goods, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been completed.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 24 hours so I can make it right.

Pickup & Delivery
Lilah’s Bakery currently operates as a home-based business.

• Pickup details will be provided after purchase

• Please arrive on time for pickup

• Delivery (if offered) will be completed within the agreed timeframe

I welcome inspiration photos! Please note that while I will do my best to recreate a look or design, all items are uniquely made and may vary slightly.

Allergy Disclaimer
Products are made in a home kitchen that may come into contact with common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten.
Lilah’s Bakery is not responsible for allergic reactions.

Order Accuracy
Please double-check all order details (including flavors, quantities, and pickup times) before placing your order. Lilah’s Bakery is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Right to Refuse Service
Lilah’s Bakery reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
